Tawaf Wada is the final act of worship for those who have completed the Hajj pilgrimage before leaving Makkah. After performing Tawaf Wada, no other rituals remain. This Tawaf serves as the final gesture of respect and farewell to the Sacred Masjid al-Haram.
For women who are menstruating and have already performed Tawaf Ifadhah, if they are able to wait until their menstruation ends (and they become pure), they are required to perform Tawaf Wada. However, if they cannot wait because they must leave Makkah, then Tawaf Wada is no longer obligatory for them.
The rules for Tawaf Wada are the same as for other types of Tawaf. It involves circling the Ka'bah seven times, positioning the Ka'bah on the left side while walking on the right side. The rounds should be performed consecutively, while maintaining purity from hadath (ritual impurity) and najis (impurities), and covering the awrah (modesty). It is also recommended to perform various Sunnah acts associated with Tawaf.
